
Michelada
A tasty
and refreshing outdoor patio
beer beverage; getting ready
for the
season

The Ingredients:
- 1 beer,
12 oz (as
this is a Mexican drink, we suggest Corona or Sol)
- all the
juice of one lime
- 2 dashes
of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash
of soy sauce
- 1 dash
of Tabasco sauce
- pinch
of pepper
- salt
- ice
The Instructions:
- Salt the rim of
a tall glass
- Insert ice into
the tall glass
- Add all of the
ingredients, except the beer, into the tall glass
- Pour the beer over
the mixture (in the tall glass)
The Discovery:

siblings discovered this interesting and tasty beverage at Cafe
Habana (a great little Cuban Restaurant at 17 Spring St.) in the
Nolita
neighborhood of New York City in May 2002.
